BoPin 122 is a single-component, neutral-cure oxime silicone sealant suitable for a wide range of general construction sealing and bonding applications. It cures at room temperature by reacting with atmospheric moisture, releasing non-corrosive byproducts that make it safe for use on metals, coated surfaces and most common building materials. The non-sag formula maintains its position on vertical and overhead joints without slumping, and the product delivers good flexibility and durability once fully cured.

Chuẩn bị bề mặt — Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and old sealant residues.
Ứng dụng — Cut cartridge tip at 45°, load into sealant gun and apply with steady, even pressure. Tool the joint within the working time using a wet spatula.
Curing — Allow to cure at room temperature with adequate ventilation. Full mechanical properties develop after 7 days.
Cleanup — Remove uncured sealant with a solvent. Cured sealant must be removed mechanically.

Limitations

Not suitable for structural load-bearing applications
Not recommended for movement exceeding ±15%
Not recommended for continuous water immersion or aquarium construction
Not recommended for use in fully enclosed, unventilated spaces
Not recommended for polycarbonate or plastic sheet — compatibility test required for other plastics
Not recommended for surfaces containing plasticiser or solvent residues
Do not apply when substrate temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C

Although neutral-cure, this product uses oxime chemistry — allow adequate ventilation during application in confined areas
Always conduct a compatibility and adhesion test on actual project substrates before full application
For joints requiring movement capability above ±15%, consider BoPin 150 or BoPin 220
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
