BoPin 630 Premium Acrylic Sealant (mastic acrylique à peindre)

BoPin 630 is a single-component, water-based acrylic sealant produced using imported emulsion for superior performance consistency and finish quality. It cures by water evaporation at room temperature, forming a flexible, paintable seal that protects joint edges and blends seamlessly with surrounding decorated surfaces. The low-stress formula prevents damage to adjacent paint coatings, wallpaper and delicate substrate finishes during and after application. Suitable for interior dry-area joint finishing, wall crack repair and decorative trim sealing where a high-quality, professional result is required.

Préparation de la surface — Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose material. Substrate moisture content must not exceed 12%.
Application — Cut cartridge tip at 45°, load into sealant gun and apply with steady, even pressure. Smooth with a wet spatula or damp finger within the working time.
durcissement — Allow to cure at room temperature with adequate ventilation. Paint only after the surface is fully dry and no longer tacky.
Cleanup — Remove uncured product with water and a damp cloth. Cured product must be removed mechanically.

Strictly not suitable for areas subject to prolonged water contact or immersion
Not suitable for structural joints
Not recommended when substrate temperature is below 5°C or above 40°C
Not recommended when ambient humidity exceeds 80% or substrate moisture content exceeds 12%

Conseils

For best paintability, allow full cure before applying paint — painting too early may cause surface cracking
Slightly moisten very porous substrates such as plaster or brick before application to improve adhesion
Product must be protected from freezing during storage and transport
Store cartridges upright in a cool, dry location away from heat sources
