BoPin 120 Multi-Purpose Eco Silicone Sealant

BoPin 120 is a single-component, silane-modified sealant that combines the flexibility of silicone with excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. It cures at room temperature by reacting with moisture in the air, producing an odourless, flexible rubber with very low VOC content. The solvent-free, paintable formula makes it suitable for both professional contractors and general construction applications where substrate compatibility and environmental performance are priorities.

Preparación de la superficie — Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and old sealant residues.
Aplicación — Cut cartridge tip at 45°, load into sealant gun and apply with steady, even pressure. Tool the joint within the working time using a wet spatula.
Curing — Allow to cure at room temperature with adequate ventilation. Full mechanical properties develop after 7 days.
Limpieza — Remove uncured product with a suitable solvent. Cured product must be removed mechanically.

Limitations

Not recommended for joints subject to significant movement
No recomendado para inmersión continua en agua
Not recommended for use in fully enclosed, unventilated spaces
Not recommended for surfaces containing plasticiser or solvent residues
Do not apply when substrate temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C
Not suitable for areas subject to prolonged water contact
