BoPin 110 is a single-component, acetoxy-cure silicone sealant designed for general glazing and sealing applications. It cures rapidly at room temperature upon exposure to moisture, forming a durable, flexible rubber that maintains performance across a wide temperature range. Fast skin formation and strong adhesion to glass and ceramic surfaces make it a reliable choice for window installation, decorative glass bonding, and professional gap filling.

Surface Preparation — Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and old sealant residues.
Application — Cut cartridge tip at 45°, load into sealant gun and apply with steady, even pressure. Tool within the working time using a wet spatula.
Curing — Allow to cure at room temperature. Avoid water contact for at least 24 hours. Full mechanical properties are reached after 7 days.
Cleanup — Remove uncured sealant with a solvent. Cured sealant must be cut away mechanically.

Limitations

Not suitable for structural load-bearing applications
Not recommended for movement exceeding ±15%
Not recommended for continuous water immersion
Do not use in fully enclosed spaces without ventilation — releases acetic acid (vinegar odour) during cure
Do not apply directly to mirror reflective coatings — acid may damage the backing
Do not use on natural stone (marble, limestone, travertine) — acid may cause staining
Do not use on copper, brass, zinc or other acid-sensitive metals — corrosion may occur
Do not use on surfaces containing plasticiser or solvent residues
Do not apply when substrate temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C

Tips

For best tooling results, use a small amount of soapy water on the spatula to achieve a smooth finish
Always conduct a compatibility test on actual project materials before full application
Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
