Surfaces must be clean and free from loose particles
For glossy metal surfaces, light abrasion may improve adhesion
Clean metal surfaces with alcohol-based cleaner
Remove any traces of oxidation or previous sealant

Phương pháp ứng dụng:

Cắt đầu hộp mực ở góc 45° để có kích thước hạt mong muốn
Apply with standard sealant gun using even pressure
For overlap joints, ensure sealant fills the entire channel
Tool within 20 minutes using minimal soap solution
For standing seams, apply before crimping where possible

For metal panel expansion joints, use formula: Joint Width = 100 + (0.2 × Panel Length in meters) in mm

For long metal panels, allow wider joints

In metal-to-different-material transitions, ensure sufficient width to accommodate differential movement
