  • Check gap dimensions (optimal range 10-40mm)
  • Slightly moisten substrate for enhanced cure

Application:

  • Use professional PU foam gun for best control
  • Shake can thoroughly and attach securely
  • Apply foam in continuous overlapping beads
  • Fill gap to 60-70% capacity allowing for controlled expansion

Quality Control:

  • Monitor expansion during first 30 minutes
  • Check frame alignment during foam expansion
  • Trim excess foam after initial cure period
  • Verify complete gap filling without voids

Limitation

  • Requires professional foam gun for optimal application
  • Not suitable for gaps wider than 40mm without backing material
  • Not recommended for structural or load-bearing applications
  • Not compatible with PE, PP, Teflon surfaces
