Clean all surfaces of debris, dust, and oils
Check gap dimensions (optimal range 10-40mm)
Slightly moisten substrate for enhanced cure

Application:

Use professional PU foam gun for best control
Shake can thoroughly and attach securely
Apply foam in continuous overlapping beads
Fill gap to 60-70% capacity allowing for controlled expansion

Quality Control:

Monitor expansion during first 30 minutes
Check frame alignment during foam expansion
Trim excess foam after initial cure period
Verify complete gap filling without voids

Limitation

Requires professional foam gun for optimal application
Not suitable for gaps wider than 40mm without backing material
Not recommended for structural or load-bearing applications
Not compatible with PE, PP, Teflon surfaces
Enhanced formulation has shorter shelf life (12 months)
Professional installation recommended for warranty compliance
